John Sims Q.C. |
In January 2008, the Government of Canada legal department was headed by John Sims, Canada's Deputy Minister of Justice. He and his subordinates are supposed to tell the truth in Court proceedings but they do not.
Instead Mr. Sims directed his front line lawyer, a young woman by the name of Melanie Chartier, to present the false argument the lawsuit filed in the Federal Court under Action T-95-09, by Ms. Gibbs and Mr. Carten, as joint plaintiffs, is a re-litigation of an application, filed by Mr. Carten, acting alone, in October, 2007, in the Supreme Court of British Columbia, Kelowna Registry, Action No. 77000.
This argument by Mr. John Sims was nonsense and we think it was a deliberate fraud. http://www.naftawaterwarcrimes.com/
The two lawsuits were entirely different kinds of legal actions.
The claim filed in Kelowna was an application for an injunction to restrain the Provincial Court judges in British Columbia from the dealing with the matter of the enforcement of the accumulated arrears of child support that now total close to $400,000 that Mr. Carten supposedly owes to his ex-wife as a result of the deliberately excessive child support payment order made against him by former BC Deputy Attorney General, Robert Edwards.
The Provincial Court Judges would not permit Mr. Carten to call necessary or useful witnesses and had been trying to railroad him because he was exposing massive crime by the Attorney General Ministry that appointed them to office and that runs the Provincial Court.
By contrast, the claim in the Federal Court sought compensatory damages against the Government of Canada and the Government of British Columbia and several others for conspiring to cause harm to Mr. Carten and Ms. Gibbs because they were connected to Sun Belt Water Inc. and deemed to be assisting Sun Belt Water Inc. on a path that would reveal who the criminals behind the Water War Crimes were.
What is worse is that by his direction, John Sims was corrupting and poisoning the young impressionable Melanie Chartier who was commencing her career as a lawyer by teaching her that the practice of government lawyers were prostitutes of deception, deceit, and dissimulation.
John Sims quit his position as Deputy Attorney General for Canada shortly after two events:
1. The reporting of their fraudulent position to all members of Parliament and the Senate of Canada.
2. The death, probable murder, of Jack Ebbels, a key witness in the Water War Crimes.
Melanie Chartier was quietly removed from the lawsuit and transferred to another position in the government.
In place of John Sims, Prime Minister Harper and Justice Minister Nicholson appointed Myles Kirvan to be the Deputy Attorney General for Canada.
The whore master, Myles Kirvan, assigned Vancouver legal counsel, Lisa Riddell and Brenda Carbonell, to be the front line legal counsel on the lawsuit and, being experienced prostitutes of deceit, deception, and dissimulation, Lacivious Lisa and Busty Brenda continued the fraudulent legal strategy developed and implemented by John Sims and Melanie Chartier. It was this strategy that eventually led to the murder of Federal Court of Appeal Justice, Carolyn Layden-Stevenson on June 27, 2012.
To be contined ....
